Real estate is a people industry and I enjoy taking the time to listen to vendors and purchasers to establish their desires and aspirations and then formulate a marketing plan to suit and achieve their results.
Although born and educated in the Waikato, after a brief spell working iin the dairy industry, I headed overseas, visiting Africa and the Middle East, before finally settling in the United Kingdom. After living in the UK for 17 years and a very successful career with British Airways in a customer service and supervisory role, my wife and I felt the time was right to return to New Zealand and offer our children a Kiwi lifestyle. Having visited Christchurch on several business trips, the decision was made to settle here.
